In addition to the video, this is what Mrs Albeitz had to say:
"I am grateful for the opportunity to attend the Parent Engagement Night at our school. Not only does it give me the chance to learn more about the new strategies and methods the teachers are using, I am now able to use the right vocabulary when talking about their school day with my kids. This enables me to ask deeper and more thoughtful questions about their learning and feelings after their school day and I personally feel it makes me a better partner for the teacher. When my child, the teacher and I are all on the same page, working actively together, that is when a stronger foundation is built for deeper learning."
